CLIENT INSTRUCTION FORM

The following are instructions on how to retain National Financial Company to buy CDs in the bank of your choice.

Fill out the Courtesy Deposit Order Form (CDO). This becomes our contract with you and is a legally binding instrument when it is completed and signed by you and National Financial Company. Please read it carefully.

Wiring instructions are included on the CDO. Funds deposited to our Trust Account are not moved to our Operating Account until the requested deposits are confirmed in your bank.

Wire transfer fees charged by the bank are in the $15 to $30 range for domestic wires. Wire transfers are almost instant if wired before 12:00 noon. If wired after 12:00 noon, our bank will not receive your bank’s wire until the following morning. When we are notified of your wire’s receipt by our bank, we will immediately start the movement to your bank of your requested deposits. It’s all automatic; our deposits will be in your bank within 10 banking days for deposits up to $10,000,000. Deposits over $10,000,000 may take longer. For larger deposits we will confer with the receiving bank and then give you an estimated completion date.

Important: After you have wire transferred to our Trust Account, fax us at 951-277-1527 a copy of the receipt provided by your bank. Also: fax us the completed Courtesy Deposit Order Form so that we may contact the banker familiar with your transaction. We will sign and fax a copy of the CDO back to you for your records.

Once the deposits are confirmed in your bank, we will send the banker with a copy to you , a confirmation letter confirming that you were the person or company responsible for making these deposits. We will also confirm that the deposits will remain for one year and are renewable each year thereafter at your request.
